Group Orders

Group Orders Policy

First Light does allow group orders for our items. Please DM us if you are interested in setting one up, and we will work with you on the group order process.

GO RULES

  • Group Orders must be done with the intention of fulfilling the order on the manager's end.
  • Please have your payment ready by the time your order period closes.
  • Digital books are not permitted in group orders. We only allow shipment for larger bundles and/or bundles that contain the physical book (i.e. book only purchases or the full bundles). Please buy digital books, including our digital NSFW book, independently through our online storefront.
  • If the group order is based outside of the UK, it will not have a minimum number of orders required.
    • Due to VAT restrictions, shipment for larger bundles and/or bundles that contain the physical book (i.e. book only or the full bundle) to residents of the UK will be conducted through a group order. 
  • The manager must be communicative with the organizers and must be reachable through a pre-decided form of contact.
  • The manager will not pay through the store and instead directly make payments and purchases by contacting us and paying through the organization's preferred payment method. 
  • Managers may make payments from the following: PayPal, WISE, or Stripe
  • After the manager provides the mod team with the details of their bulk order, the shipping fee will be calculated by the mods and will tally up the total price (orders + shipping fee). We will send the manager an invoice for the total price. It is the manager's responsibility to collect individual payments from their clients first in order to complete the transaction with the Sun Kissed mod team. The manager will be solely responsible for the aggregation of individual payments and the final shipping to the individual clients once the bulk order arrives. Additional fees incurred by the manager are handled between the participants and the manager themselves, not by the mods. We, the organizers, are only responsible for shipping the product to the GO manager. Anything that happens once reaching the GO manager is not our responsibility.
  • The manager must tell the organizer the exact type and quantity of orders they have received. 
  • Any GO that contains more than 10 orders will receive a 10% discount.
