Order Processing

Packages will be shipped from Arizona, USA, and may take between 4-12 days to arrive. International orders may take up to 3 months.

International Shipping

Please refer to the list of international mail suspensions to see whether or not we can ship to your country.

For any customers living in the EU, we are able to ship to your countries; however, due to international shipping policies with the EU, your parcel may be subjected to taxation or VAT fees, to be paid by the buyer.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Domestic customers with lost or stolen packages must contact us within one month of the package being shipped. We will replace packages as long as there is stock remaining.

International buyers, please wait two months from when your package was shipped before contacting us about potentially lost or stolen packages due to slow international shipping times. We ask that you check with your local post office first before contacting us, as well.

Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless they pay for the cost of shipping again.


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted.


Missing Items

In the event that items are missing from your order, please contact us directly either through our email or on our socials with proof of purchase and we'll be happy to send a replacement.

Change of Address

A change of address form will be sent to all customers through the email they used during purchase. We will not be responsible for any package sent to the wrong location due to failure to update us on your current address. 

Packages may be resent at cost to the customer. 

Order Tracking

All orders within the US will receive tracking numbers via USPS.

Orders outside the US can track their packages through both USPS and local couriers, depending on the destination country.
